Return and Refund Policy for The Five M

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

Thank you for purchasing our professional reference tools. As all our products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand) through our fulfillment partner (Printify), our return policy strictly applies only to products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error in the manufacturing or shipping process.

  • Covered Defects: These include misprints, stains, holes, or receiving the wrong item (e.g., incorrect color or design).

  • Claim Period: You must notify us of any issue within 14 days of receiving your product.

2. Products Ineligible for Return (Final Sale):

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for simple changes of mind, dissatisfaction with the design (which is clearly represented on the site), or incorrect size/color selection.

  • Address Issues: Orders lost or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

3. Claim Process for Defective Items:

To submit a claim for a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Send an email to our support with your order number.

  2. Attach clear photographs of the defect or damage (this is mandatory for our fulfillment partner to process the replacement).

  3. We will evaluate the claim. If approved, we will either arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you at no extra cost, or issue a full refund.

4. Refunds (If Applicable):

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment (Shopify Payments) within 5–10 business days.
