Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing The Five M for your professional reference tools. Since all our desk mats are created using a Print-on-Demand (POD) model through our fulfillment partner (Printify), our shipping process involves two distinct stages:

1. Order Processing and Production Time (3–7 Business Days)

  • Production Time: Once you place your order, it takes an estimated 3 to 7 business days for our print provider to create, print, and package your custom desk mat. Production time can vary based on the provider's current capacity.

  • Order Fulfillment: Only after the item is produced will it be handed over to the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Time (After Production)

Shipping time is the time it takes for the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx) to deliver the item once production is complete. Shipping times generally are:

  • USA Standard Shipping: 3–5 Business Days

  • International Shipping: Varies significantly (typically 10–30 business days).

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the shipping carrier you select.

  • The total cost displayed at checkout covers both the fulfillment fee and the postage.

4. Tracking

You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped (after the production phase is complete). Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.
